Burnout is becoming more common in the current times. It doesn’t only impact our work life, it can manifest in other areas such as our personal life or creativeness. You can experience an extreme exhaustion on many levels or changes in behaviour but losing a sense of self or purpose hits you deep at your core. That emptiness that is so unfamiliar and scary. I call it an injury of the soul. The good news is that you can take steps to prevent it or to recover from it.

Mindfulness for Wellbeing


You’ve likely heard about Mindfulness everywhere by now, but what does it mean? Mindfulness is about noticing what’s happening right now — your thoughts, feelings and surroundings — without judgement. It’s about being present in the moment. Even a few minutes can ease stress, calm a busy mind and help you respond more gently to whatever the day brings. Over time, it can support better sleep, clearer focus and a greater sense of balance. Meet Ewa

Hi, my name is Ewa. I’m a Life Explorer, Life Coach, Burnout Coach, and Mindfulness Practitioner. I work with women who seek change in their lives, reconnecting with themselves and reclaiming their power. My passion is to look for and test methods, tools, and practices that help us nurture our bodies and minds so that we live up to our potential. I believe that to make changes in your life, you need to start with your inner self. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and only when we realise that real change begins when we give ourselves permission to do so. We all deserve to feel at home within ourselves. That is the reason why I founded LetYourselfBe, a practice that, through life coaching, NLP, and mindfulness techniques, helps you build resilience, develop tools for self-growth, find your path, and experience lasting transformation. Over the years, I have learnt how important it is to spend one-to-one time with yourself and invest in your self-development. It is healthy and necessary, not only for our inner child but also for the people surrounding us. My first step was giving myself permission to be kind to myself. I gave myself permission to BE. What is Life Coaching? +
Life coaching is a supportive, goal-focused process that helps you create the life you want. It’s a collaborative partnership that helps you grow, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in the areas that matter most — whether that’s career, relationships, self-esteem, health, or life direction.
What is NLP? +
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a powerful approach to understanding how we think, communicate, and behave. NLP can help you:
  • Change unwanted habits
  • Overcome fears and anxiety
  • Improve communication and confidence
  • Let go of limiting beliefs
  • Build healthier thinking patterns
Many people find NLP tools practical, fast-acting, and empowering.
How is coaching different from therapy? +
Therapy often focuses on healing from the past and understanding emotional challenges. Life coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused — helping you set and achieve goals, solve problems, and move forward in life. That said, emotional healing can be part of the process when needed. Think of coaching as both supportive and action-oriented.
How many sessions will I need? +
It really depends on your goals and where you are starting from. Some people benefit from a short block of 3–6 sessions, while others choose to work longer term. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the pace and structure feel right for you.
