When people think about burnout, they often assume it only happens because of stressful work circumstances or career. In reality, the pressures of modern life mean many people are living in a constant state of stress - both professionally and personally.

Balancing careers, family responsibilities, financial concerns, caring for others, and being constantly connected online can be incredibly demanding and exhausting. When this level of pressure continues for too long without proper support or recovery, it can lead to burnout.

Burnout is more than simply the feeling of being tired or stressed. It is a deeper sense of depletion where motivation, clarity, and joy begin to fade. Over time, it can affect your wellbeing, relationships, creativity, and sense of purpose. I often describe it as an injury of the soul.

Burnout coaching supports people who feel mentally, emotionally, or physically exhausted from carrying too much for too long.

Burnout coaching may be right for you if:

My approach:

My coaching approach is supportive and practical. I create a space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to understand what has led you to this point. Along the way, you will gain tools to increase awareness of the patterns behind the stress and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Whether we are working on prevention or recovery, the journey usually moves through several stages (not always in a strict order):

Recognition → Rest & Repair → Reflection → Redesign → Re-emergence

First, we explore the patterns that may be contributing to feeling overwhelmed, such as: over-responsibility, perfectionism, or difficulty setting boundaries.

From there, we focus on supporting your nervous system, improving sleep and energy levels, and helping you gradually disengage from ongoing stress while learning how to process your emotions in healthier ways.

Once you feel stronger and ready to move forward, we move into one of the most important stages: reconnecting with who you truly are. Step by step, we explore the deeper emotional and identity layers that may have contributed to burnout. Although this part of the process can feel challenging or scary, it is often the most rewarding and exciting. It allows you to reconnect with yourself beyond performance, expectations, or roles you have been carrying.

With this new awareness, you will be able to consciously redesign parts of your life - whether that involves work, relationships, boundaries, or priorities - in a way that truly supports your wellbeing. From there, you move forward with renewed energy, clarity, resilience, and stronger boundaries.

The program usually lasts 8–12 weeks, depending on your individual situation.
