These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the coaching services, courses, consultations, and digital products offered by LetYourselfBe, operated by Ewa Kac (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Purchases

All purchases made through our website or via direct invoice are final, subject to the applicable refund policy herein. You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with a purchase is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

2. Product Download

Upon successful payment, digital products shall be made available for immediate download or delivered to the email address provided. LetYourselfBe disclaims liability for failed downloads arising from technical or user error.

3. Subscription Products

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel. Subscriptions may be cancelled by contacting us in writing with not less than seven 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Subscription Product Refund Policy

Fees for subscription products are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Early cancellation terminates future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current term.

5. Payment Plan Policy

We may, at our discretion, offer payment plans for selected Services. By enrolling, you agree to pay all instalments on the agreed schedule. Failure to remit payment when due may result in access being revoked and the balance being accelerated and subject to collection.

6. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

All digital goods, including but not limited to downloadable content, pre-recorded courses, signature programmes, and toolkits, are non-refundable once delivered, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any Service without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Services will be error-free. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected at any time, without liability.

8. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse.

9. Digital Course License and Usage

All rights in any offered courses or signature programmes and related materials are owned by LetYourselfBe. By purchasing access, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for private, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Links to Other Websites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites not operated or controlled by LetYourselfBe. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites.

11. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend access to any part of the Services for breach of these Terms or applicable law, without notice or liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LetYourselfBe and its officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetYourselfBe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

14. Disclaimer

All Services, including coaching and NLP practices, are provided for informational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. You acknowledge that your results may vary and that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions.

15. Exclusions

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
